Current Location & Track

Only recent tracks are shown.

Our location and speed are transmitted by our on-board AIS transceiver. This information is received by a network of shore based receivers connected to the internet. If we are out of range of the receiver network our location will not update until we are back in range - don't panic, we haven't sunk! (We hope!!)

Note (updated 2025): In the past our AIS transmissions were picked up by a shore station somewhere whilst at our home mooring in North Fambridge. This is now no longer (usually) the case and our position and track tends to start and end a mile or two downstream of our mooring

Destination and ETA have to be set using a mobile phone app (this data is not transmitted by the Class B transceiver) and may not be current. Location and speed can also be sent via the app if we are out of receiver range assuming we have mobile phone coverage
